Do I have to have a card on file when booking online
Yes, we do require a card on file when booking online. This helps us securely enforce our no-show policy and deposits, ensuring we can hold your appointment just for you. We appreciate your understanding—it allows us to provide the best possible service to all our clients!
Do you take care of Women and Children?
Of course we do! We welcome everyone. The only exception—no “Edgar” cuts, unless your name is actually Edgar.
Are you open on Sunday's?
No, not this sunday, next sunday or any sunday
Cancellation Policy
We charge a 35% cancellation fee and you forfeit any deposit made on any service we offer if you do not cancel 24 hours in advance. To reschedule another haircut after a no show, you will have to pay for your service in full in advance. If you no show your haircut you rescheduled , you forfeit the deposit you made.
For color no shows or short notice cancellation, the 35% cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file, you forfeit the deposit, and you will then have to put down 50% for your color service to reschedule with stylist.
If you no show or short notice cancel again, you forfeit the deposit made plus the 35% cancellation fee will be charged. If you are a habitual no call/ no show, or if you’re habitually late, we reserve the right to sever ties and block any future bookings.
